Stop writing the WiFi password on a card

A guest arrives, connects, and the first thing they see is your guide to the neighbourhood instead of a laminated card with a password on it.

The one thing

The welcome page does the job of the welcome folder

Everything you would have printed goes on the page a guest cannot avoid seeing: the coffee place that opens early, the beach that is safe to swim at, the bin day, the check-out time, the number to call if the geyser trips. Change it from your phone between stays. Guests who find their way around without messaging you leave better reviews, and you stop answering the same three questions every Friday.

Three more for a single unit

Customised splash pages

One page per property, in the guest’s own language, edited from a browser.

Video & image ads

The restaurant down the road will pay to be the first thing your guests see.

Internet plan limits

A fair-use cap so one guest streaming in 4K does not spoil the next booking.

Which hardware path

Path 1 — likely yours
We supply MikroTik

Access points and a router, shipped configured.

Path 2
Keep your hardware

One MikroTik goes in front of what you run today.

Path 3
On the move — Teltonika

Dual-SIM routers for vehicles.

One access point is the whole deployment. We ship it configured and you plug it into the ISP router.

What it costs for one unit

One access point covers a two-bedroom flat and the balcony. No contract per booking, no charge per guest, no charge per device.

Self-catering unit
1 AP
R250/mo

Under R10 a night on a unit that is occupied two thirds of the year.

"The router my ISP gave me is fine."

It works, but it earns nothing and tells you nothing. It cannot show a welcome page, cannot stop one guest saturating the line, cannot collect an email address you are allowed to market to, and cannot tell you that the last four guests all connected three devices each. The line stays exactly as it is — this sits behind it and puts your name on the first screen.

One unit, one access point

Tell us the address and we will have it in the post this week.
