Pricing
R250

per access point, per month. That's the whole price list.

No tiers, no "from", nothing to request a quote for. Every feature on the list below is on at that price, on a 12-month minimum term that rolls after the first year.

Priced on concurrency

Hotels with concurrent guest usage over 80 guests are charged on a concurrency basis beginning at 200 concurrent online guests, and raising by 100 guests per price point. The per guest price is R11.65, so 300 concurrent guests will cost you R3,495/mo — nothing else, no extra costs, simple open clear pricing.

We can offer PMS connectivity, but that does come at an extra cost.

Access point hardware

Bought once, quoted separately. Yours to keep.

Questions

What counts as an access point?

One radio unit broadcasting the network. A router that also does WiFi counts as one.

Do I need one per room?

No. An access point covers several rooms depending on the walls. A site survey settles it before you buy anything.

What if I add one mid-month?

It's pro-rated to the day it comes online, then billed with the rest.

Is there a contract?

A 12-month minimum term, rolling month to month after that.

VAT?

To confirm before launch.

Who owns the hardware?

You do, from the day it's invoiced.
