Your logo, your background, your colours, edited in a browser and live in a minute. The page picks its language from the guest’s browser, so a German visitor sees German without anyone choosing anything. One page per site, or one per property if you run several.
One mechanism, four modes. Open access with a tap; email capture; a one-time code by SMS; or full verification of an email address or mobile number before the network opens. Pick per site, or per network within a site — staff verified, guests open.
Download and upload speed, data quota, session duration and the number of devices per account, set per location. A guest room gets a different allowance from a conference floor. Limits reset on the schedule you choose, and a session that ends can be renewed or blocked.
Block categories of site across the whole network rather than device by device — adult, gambling, torrents, and social media on a timetable if you want it. Schools and practices lead with this. It catches the accidental and the casual; it does not defeat a paid VPN, and we will not tell you otherwise.
A video or a still runs before access, with a minimum watch duration and a skip after it. You get impressions, completion rate and click-through per site and per campaign, and the advertiser gets a PDF report generated on a schedule. Ad revenue is what makes vehicle deployments pay for themselves.
Who visited, when, how long they stayed and how often they come back. Demographics where guests supply them, dwell time by hour, and a repeat-visit rate you can act on. Exportable, and readable without training.
Campaigns triggered on connect, on a period of inactivity, on a birthday, or simply scheduled. The editor is built in. Consent is captured on the splash page under POPIA and GDPR, recorded against the address, and honoured on unsubscribe without you doing anything.
Ask on the splash page while they are still in the room, or by email a set interval after the visit. Short forms answer better; the reporting shows response rate alongside the answers so you know how much weight to give them.
An automatic review request after a stay or a visit, timed to the interval you set. Guests who had a good time are the ones most likely to be asked while they still remember it.
Guests log in with a room number and a surname, validated against the property management system. Access expires at check-out on its own, and anything chargeable posts to the room account rather than a separate payment. This is the one feature quoted on top of the R250: what it costs depends on the PMS and how it is connected.
One SSID across the whole property. A guest walking from the lobby to a room on the third floor moves between access points without a second login and without the connection dropping mid-call.
