Guests sit on one network, staff phones on another, the point of sale on a third and the delivery tablets on a fourth. The POS gets priority and a guaranteed slice of the line, so a card never declines because the room is full of people streaming. Nothing on the guest network can see the tills. It is one install and one monthly fee, not four.

What it costs in a restaurant
Two access points cover an inside room and a courtyard. Add a third if there is a first floor or a thick stone wall in the middle.
All four networks are included at that price. There is no per-network or per-device charge.

Only if you leave it open. Set the session to sixty minutes, cap the speed at 10 Mbps, and block reconnection for an hour afterwards. Café Frank goes further and puts a line on the splash page asking people not to use laptops over lunch — which works, because everyone reads that screen. You decide how generous to be, per hour of the day if you like.
